The company develops strategies to help students thrive in a safe learning environment, promoting developmental, interpersonal skills to build a positive relationship with peers, adults and the community around them. In other words, to reinforce student's strengths, life skills management, and challenges.

Moreover, students will achieve cognitive, emotional, and social strengths by developing strategies to cope with life skills management, leadership, mentoring, and college career/vocational planning.
